Reading, Journaling, and Walking are my fav go-to distractions. Each of these things actually give me something to occupy my mind in a very healthy way, and going on walks usually leads to me visiting cafes or finding some other fun little adventures to discover. Gets my mind off alcohol cravings and offers fun experiences, a win win for me.
