Day 1 again, but it’s getting better. Each time the counter reaches zero, the craving goes down—from hard drinks to beers, from beers to cans. I didn’t get drunk, but I had one glass. I don’t want to make excuses this time. The goal is two weeks. Things that helped me: using the app, searching on TikTok and YouTube for people who support sobriety, and replacing alcoholic drinks with energy drinks. I know it’s not the best option, but it helps—a lot.
