I hit 5 days sober from the green today. I’ve attempted to stay sober 4 times this is my 5th. I keep getting triggered by the same thing. FOMO I recently was in a trio friend group but lost both friends. Now the thought of them makes me what to forget them and light up. I’m proud I haven’t lighten up. But I can’t help but cry a lot.
