I’ve been trying to quit vaping for a long time now. But I can’t get past the first day. Recently it has been glued to my hand and I think it’s made me really sick for the past month and a half with GI problems. Today I can feel myself coughing up mucus. I need to quit or I’ll never get better. But it’s been so hard
