DAY 5 baby! So glad I didn’t reach for the bottle. Feeling so proud of myself! Already noticing I’m way less irritable! I don’t feel snappy anymore and I feel in control of my emotions. I’m thinking when I get to the 6 month mark I definitely deserve a sober party 🎉 🤣 💃🏽
