Day 5 after a hard few days if withdrawals. We're talking the whole shabang: tachycardia, sweats, irritability, shakes, you name it. I no longer need the librium but I am taking Campral as well as trying Kava. It seems to be beneficial. I hope everyone is well in their journey.
