annoyed with myself cause i drank again today after having the worst withdrawals ever last night, i felt better earlier today too. i just got nervous about quitting cold turkey which is no excuse and ended up drinking more than i planned on. Wanted to cut down slowly so nothing bad happens but i fear i made the wrong decision and should’ve just not drank. Restarting again tomorrow. Wish me luck
