I think one of the hardest parts of this is knowing that you can never drink again. Like NEVER. I do struggle with that because I would have liked to sit down with family or friends to enjoy a beer or a glass of wine. It’s saddening to think I’ll never feel that relief again. But I guess I have to keep remembering that it’ll never just be one.
