Day 3 from alcohol. Had a dream about using, gathering and tossing empties, buying more, taking shots in secret, getting drunk and making a fool of myself. Woke up with my heart pounding, then relieved that it wasn't real. Do these dreams tend to get worse or better the further I get into sobriety?
