Life is always gonna be life-ing out here at times. This is why I think learning internal peace vs external peace is so vital. How to remain or return to inner peace no matter the external life storm happening at the time. I think inner peace comes little by little and I find working on my beliefs help...like what beliefs is bringing me fear...what thoughts are bringing me doubt or confusion etc...and trying to build a routine around handling daily stress...how to decompress n relax n chill without substance. Settling the inside vs running to an external quick fix. This is an important tool to learn. What settles the inside?
