I have had this problem for a few years now and I feel like I can not exist without it. Everytime I feel stressed I yearn for a drink or food. Everytime I celebrate, I feel like that as well. I cant seem to find something that I could do instead... I really want to change and fix one problem at a time but the one triggers the other. If I could just stop drinking then the binging would be less likely as well. But it seems impossible to rid of both of them...
