Become a seeker. Seek things. If you're lonely seek an answer. Sit still and go within and see what is there. Seek information. Seek a topic. Seek out some healthy ingredients. Seek a poem or inspirational quote. Seek you find. Seek to know yourself. Like what do I need when I feel restless or lonely? What is available even if I wish something or someone else was available... I think being someone who is willing to learn, Seek, grow in a moment vs numb, run, hide, quit, avoid, self destroy etc...is the challenge. It is harder to lean into the unknown and Seek bc it's not fast or immediate and sometimes doesn't bring full relief...substance is great at temporary relief. Relief can't always be the aim. It's important that we choose what is in alignment with our goals. It's not always easy. It can be extremely uncomfortable and restless etc.
