There is such a relief and freedom once you finally decide you’re not going to drink anymore. I am a religious person and one day just decided to promise to god I will never drink again, it was like a weight lifted off my shoulders because I never need to decide ever again, I made a promise. I know I wouldn’t break a promise made to god so there’s no more worrying about choosing, I simply won’t do it.
