i just started my journey to quitting vaping today i’m currently only 30 minutes sober. i’m feeling nervous, i decided to quit bc im starting to feel a lump on the left side of my throat and it’s scaring me. i’ve been wanting to quit for a while, ive been vaping for a bit over three years. i’m nervous but this is something that’s no longer a choice and i have to do this.
