Going cold turkey! I want to be healthy for my family. I am choosing to LIVE for them. First day and honestly so far so good. I haven’t had any strong urges to smoke. Hopefully it stays that way. This is my first time going sober after i have been smoking since i was 15, i am now 23, i can do this i believe in myself.
