i dont know how to reach out for help. i want to quit coke and weed but i csnt find the right way to. i am so upset w myself for releasing last week off coke. idk what to do anymore. i have 3 lines sitting in front of me. im trying new things out to help rant / get the feelings out. i love sober me. but i dont know how to quit.
