Milestone reached on Sobo Alcohol: 1 week The first week wasn’t so bad given I was ill with a fever and literally couldn’t drink if I wanted to. I’m finally starting to feel more like myself now, so I anticipate week 2 being more challenging. Any ideas on how to stay sober?
