This is sooooo hard with no support physically around me, a safe place to run too, no groups because I don’t believe in the “book” I believe in getting through it stronger and more resilient but my addiction pushed everyone away and broke not only the trust I had for myself but the trust others had for me… I just keep falling but I’m getting back up but I keep falling… 😮‍💨 #todayisday1
