I’m at 1,5 months today and I thought it will be different by now. Progress feels slow, I question my sobriety here and there, have FOMO, life feels monotonous. I am still in therapy and I get used to my SSRIS but yeah this is the status right now. Still, deep inside I feel like it is the right decision and I will just keep going one step at a time. I do am motivated to keep my streak going. Stay strong everyone!
