Yo!! 🙏 Please help. I need 2 things from you. I want your favorite healthy recipe and your favorite unhealthy recipe. No dietary restrictions (unless you have dietary restrictions, of course). And unhealthy can be anything, not just dessert. My favorite healthy recipe lately has been cold spinach and artichoke dip. I simply mix a 32oz container of nonfat Greek yogurt, two frozen 10oz blocks of chopped spinach (thawed and drained), two cans of water chestnuts drained and chopped, a can of quartered artichoke hearts drained and chopped, 1/2 cup of light mayo, a tsp of garlic powder, a tsp of onion powder, half a tsp of dried dill, half a tsp of dried basil, salt and pepper to taste. Red pepper flakes and smoked paprika are nice too. If you want some umami of the classic spinach artichoke dips just add a tablespoon or so of worcestershire sauce. You could also add chicken breast, white beans, or even collagen peptides if you want to give it more of a protein or fiber boost. Mix it thoroughly and refrigerate for a couple hours. It is love. It’s so close to the real thing with nearly none of the bad stuff. My favorite unhealthy recipe is also pretty simple. It’s a cake.
