1 week clean of cutting/self harm, had a kinda bad day today. This is the longest I’ve gone in the past couple months. I usually would cut everyday before I went to sleep, I can’t sleep without it. Still trying though. With summer coming up, can’t have someone see it, you know? Good luck to everyone reading this.
