Better than any other time I have tried, because I finally figured out my “why” I was trying to numb my pain and that was brutal but now I can sit with uncomfortable feelings and emotions and feel them without a liquid bandaid only to feel worse later this is so much better I really think I am going to get through it this time and stick with it for my future and goals and dreams and get to the best version of myself and continue improving every single day 🙏 & a special thanks to the people who helped me and encouraged me to get through this journey and one in particular that despite anything makes me want to be happy healthy and build a strong relationship and foundation for the future.
